Ventilation ducts and Fittings

ZUBER has already been producing ducts and duct fittings of highest quality and in all dimensions for many years. When connecting components together, our customers can choose between butt-welding, flange and sleeve connections, whichever would best suit their individual requirements.

Our pipes and pipe fittings are available in different versions, depending on the dimensions. We offer extruded pipes or pipes molded from plastic plates with a longitudinal seam. Our pipe fittings are available as injection-molded, press-molded or segmented parts.

Our plastic material rain traps are a genuine alternative to traditional extractor and intake components. Their low height (500-600 mm) offers considerable advantages, both from an architectural and fastening technology perspective. Rain is prevented from penetrating by special separation profiles, which drain water via a collecting tray onto the roof or into the wastewater system of the building.

Our product line of silencers made from plastic includes duct silencers as well as splitter silencers. For both versions, we use non-combustible absorption material according to DIN 4102 A1, covered with foil or fleece. Since this cover protects the material against dust, humidity and decomposition, it proves to be especially important in applications subject to aggressively contaminated exhaust air. The sound insulation of our silencers is certified by the Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgart. We are happy to calculate precise figures for you with our ZUBER calculation program.

Duct silencers are often used in places where space is limited. By covering the absorption material with PE foil or Fibertex fleece, the sound insulation of the duct silencer can be improved. Whereas a PE foil provides an excellent solution for humid exhaust air, Fibertex fleece is most suitable for dry exhaust air.

Our splitter silencers consist of a rectangular casing with connection flanges welded to both sides of the casing. The splitters are welded firmly to the casing and have rounded front surfaces in order to achieve better flow performance and low pressure loss.
