ZUBERthrottle valves, multi-leaf dampers and shut-off dampers are ideally suited to control and shut off volume flows in ventilation systems with chemically contaminated exhaust air. Depending on customer and project requirements, they are available in a variety of designs, sizes and materials.
All components exposed to contaminated exhaust air, such as housings and vanes, are made of plastic. Due to the specific construction of our valves and dampers, we ensure that there are no metal parts in contact with the airflow, which guarantees an airtight seal.
Adjustment of volume flows is enabled by our angular multi-leaf dampers JFK and our round throttle valves FDS, both of which can be operated manually via a control lever. Depending on the purpose, the control lever allows a stepless adjustment ranging from 0° to 90° or a simple open/close function. Being connected to a console, our valves and dampers are pre-prepared for the installation of a suitable electric actuator.
Being tested and certified by TÜV Süd on a regular basis, our airtight shut-off dampers FAK (angular) and FAKR (round) meet the demanding tightness requirements of DIN EN 1751, class 4 and DIN 1946, part 4.
